Relationship Reflection

I am so blessed to have such an amazing relationship with my mom. She is my best friend, my adviser, my shoulder to cry on, and my biggest supporter. Still to this day I learn something new from her. She is someone that I look up to and aspire to be like. I am her whole world and she tells me all the time that her life truly changed for the better the day I was born.

My father; my hero. I am his daughter by choice and not by blood. When he married my mom I was only 11 months old. I have never known him any different than that of a father. He loved me with all of his might and our bond was undeniable. Yes, we fought and gave each other a hard time, but in the end those moments were our greatest. He always believed that whatever I set my mind to, I would achieve it and he would be behind me every step of the way. The day he went to his eternal home I lost a piece of my heart...as that is what grief does, but I didn't lose the memories or the love I had for him. He was truly one of a kind. The way he loved my mom taught me to never settle for a mediocre relationship. My work ethics and drive comes from him as he was the hardest worker I know. Til we meet again; I will always love you, daddy!

These are my people...the ones I enjoy life with. Through the ups and downs, loss and joy; these are the ones that give me hope. They are my rock!

My furbabies are my kids! They give me so much love, especially on really hard days. Each one was put in my life at the perfect time and I am so grateful! They are spoiled rotten, but it is so fun doing life with my partners in crime.

I could probably sit here and post 100 more photos, but all in all, RELATIONSHIPS are everything! I take pride in every relationship I have, and when it's time for some relationships to end or go in different directions; bitterness doesn't consume my memory, but lessons learned at that given moment in time.
